End User License Agreement
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Template text prepared for the GEX 2026 launch. It is not legal advice; have a qualified Indonesian lawyer review it before relying on it.
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the INDOGUITARSHOW website and exhibitor portal (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Licence grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or, for exhibitors, business purposes connected to GEX 2026, in line with this EULA.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Service; probe or test its security without written permission; use automated tools to scrape it or place load on it; or upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
4. Ownership
The Service, its design, software and the INDOGUITARSHOW and GEX names and marks belong to the organiser or its licensors. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership to you.
5. Your content
Exhibitors keep ownership of the logos, text and images they upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote that content on the Service and our event channels for as long as your exhibitor page is live. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.
6. Third-party services
The Service uses third parties such as Cloudinary (image hosting), YouTube (video thumbnails and links) and Google Maps. Their own terms apply to your use of those features.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach this EULA. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first handled by good-faith discussion and otherwise submitted to the courts of South Jakarta.
