1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use only the cookies needed to make the website work; we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. Cookies we set
Language: a cookie that remembers whether you chose Indonesian or English. Sign-in (exhibitors and administrators only): Auth.js session, CSRF and callback cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms. These are set when you sign in or submit the sign-in form.
3. Why they are essential
These cookies are strictly necessary for the language switch and for secure sign-in, so they do not require consent. Without them, those features would not work.
4. Third-party content
The Venue page embeds a Google map and the home page loads YouTube thumbnails. Loading them may let Google or YouTube set their own cookies or collect your IP address. Their policies apply. You can block third-party content in your browser settings, and the rest of the website will still work.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in and may reset your language each visit.
6. Changes
If we start using non-essential cookies such as analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
