Template text prepared for the GEX 2026 launch. It is not legal advice; have a qualified Indonesian lawyer review it before relying on it.

1. About GEX 2026

GEX 2026 (Guitar Experience) is a guitar event organised by INDOGUITARSHOW, planned for 20 to 22 November 2026 at Lippo Mall Nusantara, Jakarta. Entry for visitors is free; no ticket is required. Dates, venue, programme and line-up may change, and announcements on this website prevail.

2. Visitors

Visitors are welcome to browse the website and attend the event free of charge. Venue rules, security checks and staff instructions apply on site. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who endangers others or disrupts the event.

3. Exhibitor accounts

To exhibit you create an account with accurate company and contact details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Registration does not guarantee a booth until your payment is verified and your application is approved.

4. Booths and payment

Booth prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) during registration. A selected booth is held as "reserved" while you pay by bank transfer, quoting the unique payment reference we give you, and upload proof of payment. A booth becomes "sold" once we verify the transfer. Unpaid reservations may be released so others can book.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for booths are set out in your exhibitor agreement or confirmation. Unless stated there, verified payments are non-refundable except where the organiser cancels the event or you cannot be given a booth.

6. Content rules

Content you publish on your exhibitor page must be accurate, lawful and free of infringement, hate speech and misleading claims. We may edit, hide or remove content, or reject an exhibitor, to protect the event and its visitors.

7. Changes to the event

We may reschedule, relocate, shorten or cancel the event or any programme item for reasons such as safety, authority orders or force majeure. We will announce changes on the website and are not liable for resulting costs beyond what is stated in Section 5.

8. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to property brought to the venue, nor for indirect losses, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by Indonesian law, with the courts of South Jakarta having jurisdiction.
